Health Coaching

I am currently  getting certified as a holistic health coach though the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I am hoping to help people find a way to gain power over their own health through growing their own food and growing their knowledge of a healthy lifestyle.  I believe that an individual, couple, or family can gain a great deal of pride and respect for themselves through growing the food that nourishes their bodies.
