Back to Basic

No green monster this morning…my roommate is here and I don’t want to wake her with the sound of the blender.  Soooo it’s back to oat bran.  I feel like such an old lady eating such a thing, but it is delicious with friends!

Here is my mix for this AM


  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup h20
  • 1/2 cup tjs fruit and fiber medley
  • 1/2 naner mashed into oat bran while cooking
  • 1 tbs almond butter

Yum!  Wednesday!  Halfway to the weekend.  Lots of plans this weekend with some old and new friends, I am getting excited already!!!  Have a great day!<3
