It was another green monster morning, but I used blueberries so it became a sort of blue/brown monster. I also think it took on the blue color more then the green of last time because I was using bag spinach instead of the fresh fresh fresh stuff!
In the blender went…
- huge handful of spinach
- 1/2 scoop of vanilla go lean protein powder
- 1 tbs almond butter
- handful fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup skim
- 4ct ice cubes
I als had half of a Peperidge Farms sandwich flat with Peanut Butter & Co. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. This spread is delicious with plump raisins in every bite. I see some oat bran in its future!
