Vitamins

It’s Monday again, and there is rain in the forecast for the next 7 days 😦  oh well at least I will be in my cube for most of it.  I am trying coffee again this morning and we will see how it goes.  In an effort to replenish my vitamins I opted for a green monster this morning.

In the Mix

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup skim
  • 1tbs almond butter
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 naner
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ice

IMG_4173I am interested to see how liquid will hold me this morning.  Not much going on this week until the weekend so lets how it runs smoothly.  I hope everyone is having  a good start to their week!

    Hmmm… oats in a smoothie? How did it turn out texture/taste wise?

      I honestly couldn’t taste the oats at all. They do make the texture a bit more creamy. I also could have added another fruit to this one…it was boarderline too much spinach.
