Wow 5:30 came really quickly this morning! As hard as it was to get back into an early morning it was also nice to get back to my normal routine. I am a big fan of plans and organization.
It was also really nice to return to oats!
Oats In A Jar!
In my jar:
- 1/5 cup mix oats and oat bran
- 1/3 cup skim
- 1/3 cup h20
- pinch salt
- 1 chopped banana
- 1/3 cup Oikos
- 1 tbs flax
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- vanilla almond crunch granola
Warms me through the core!

Kind of a catchy little phrase there!
Again, I am going to try and get on the road a little early today. The roads are semi-cleared, but who knows what they look like in the city.
