Good Morning! Happy Thursday! Cheers to positive thinking!
How does my knee feel this morning? Great! Actually my hamstrings are a little tight and sore (most likely from my back strengthening exercises). I can’t believe I am sore after 45min of exercise! This also just leaves me more confused…
Back to something that does not really confuse me, oats!
- 1/3 cup oats, water, skim, Oikos
- almond extract
- 1 pear sliced and cooked with the oats
- chia seeds
- vanilla almond crunch granola
- raw crunchy almond butter
This needed a little more sweet, but I didn’t know what to add! I also wish regular oats weren’t so soupy.

Time to shovel the rest of my oats in the mouth and get out of here. It is finally recycling day again and I have a ton to drop off!
