Buenos Dias! Sissy was ready to go this morning. Starting at 5 she did not stop bothering me. I swear she found everything she could knock of the dressers and nightstand to make noise and wake me up. She also knows that alarm clocks means humans will move and she should bother them. I just chalk it up to her being super smart and a little crazy.
After my breakfast whoops yesterday I turned back to oat bran. I walked out of the bedroom and said “time to make the oats!” (like the Dunkin Doughnuts man).
Green Banana Chocolate Oats!
- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 1/3 cup h20, 1/3 cup vanilla rice milk
- 1/3 cup kefir
- chia seeds
- 1/2 banana mashed other 1/2 topper
- 1 tbs flax
- 1 scoop Amazing Grass Superfood
- 1 tbs Dark Chocolate Dream PB from Peanut Butter & Co.
I love green oats! It tastes great and I get a serving of veggies to start off my day!

I don’t care if Lucky Charms is now made with “whole grains” I will never forget that greenish tint it left in my milk. Coco Crips anyone???
Time to finish off my lovely cup of joe and then get on the road again. Tomorrow is Friday!!!
